Annual statements and reports

The above dates are estimates only. This is due to the additional work that must be undertaken to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data included in your statements. 

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work diligently to finalise the statements. 

If you’d selected to receive your communications electronically and we were unable to successfully send a notification to your email address, you’ll receive a paper statement. You may need to check that we have a valid email address recorded for you. You can check or update your contact details through your online account or by calling us on 1800 947 974.

You can change your communication preferences or update your contact details by logging in to your account and clicking on the ‘Account Details’ tab. If you don’t have online access, it’s easy to register.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to prioritise tax statements or produce them separately for individual investors as we rely on multiple fund managers to provide us with financial year end information. 

If you can’t lodge your tax return by 31 October, or by your registered tax agent’s lodgement date, you can ask the ATO for an extension. Please contact the ATO on 13 28 61 to discuss an extension.

If you’re a Superannuation or Pension member, you don’t need your annual statement to complete your tax return with the ATO.

If you have an Investment account, you'll likely need your tax statement to complete your tax return. 

Please check with your employer to clarify the fund and account details they’re making contributions to. 

If your employer hasn’t been contributing on your behalf and you can’t resolve your unpaid super query with your employer, you can visit the ATO website or call them on 13 10 20 for assistance on how to recover missed or unpaid super contributions. 

These payments need to be made by quarterly deadlines set by the ATO. As an example, employers have until 28 July 2026 to make SG contributions for the quarter-ended 30 June 2026. 

Pension Summary – This outlines the amount you received during the 2025/26 financial year and your recalculated pension details for the 2026/27 financial year.

Pension Variation Advice – You can complete this form and return to it back to us if you’d like to change your annual pension amount. You can also do this online under the ‘Pension’ tab. If you are happy with your annual pension payment amount, you don’t need to do anything with the form.

PAYG Payment Summary (only for members under 60, Complying pensions or Term Allocation Pensions) – This has been provided (if applicable) for your records. You’ll need this summary to complete your income tax return.

Account-based pensions require a minimum amount to be paid out each financial year which is set by the Commonwealth Government. The amount is percentage based and calculated on your account balance on 1 July each year.

The easiest way to submit your Notice of intent to claim a tax deduction is to log into your online account and click ‘claim a tax deduction’ from the ‘Summary’ tab (note you must have transactional authority). Alternatively, you can complete the NOITC form available on our website.

 If you’ve made a personal contribution to your super account during the 2025/26 financial year, we’ll contact you in August to confirm the total amount and any amounts you’ve already claimed a tax deduction for.

A unit price reflects the value of a fund’s investments, including any income accrued but not yet distributed. When distributions are paid, the unit price will usually decrease by an amount equal to the distribution. As a result, if your fund pays a distribution on 30 June, the unit price will generally decrease after the close of business by the same amount. 

Please note that if you fully withdraw units from your fund before 30 June, you will not receive a distribution for those units. If you partially withdraw units from a managed fund, you will only receive a distribution for the units you still hold on 30 June. 

Finalising year-end unit prices is a detailed process and takes time due to distribution calculations and review requirements. We expect unit prices for most managed funds to be available by late July. 

During July, there may be delays in issuing unit prices as we wait for fund managers to finalise year-end distributions. While unit prices are unavailable, we’re not able to process transactions, including withdrawals. 

This delay won’t affect the value of your investment or the value of any transactions made during the year-end period. When unit prices are issued, transactions will be processed for the day they were received.
